Occupational Therapy Practitioner · Health Care Advocate · Shenanigans Coordinator

Lori Werntz, Occupational Therapy Practitioner

I became an occupational therapist because I believe that every person deserves to live fully — not just to survive, but to thrive. My work is rooted in the conviction that independence, dignity, and joy are not luxuries. They are rights.

Over the years, I've had the privilege of working with people at every stage of life — from those rebuilding after injury or illness, to families navigating the profound transition of end of life. Each person has taught me something irreplaceable about resilience, humor, and what it truly means to live well.

The 'Shenanigans Coordinator' title? That's real. I believe laughter and a little mischief are essential to good health. I take your wellbeing seriously — and your joy even more so.

My Philosophy

"Living well isn't about doing everything perfectly. It's about doing the things that matter — your way, on your terms, with someone in your corner."

I show up for my clients as a partner, not just a practitioner. That means listening more than talking, asking more than assuming, and always keeping your goals — not a clinical checklist — at the center of everything we do.
